Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, we ask that you Contact Us first with your order number and the details about the reason for the return or exchange. You can return "Eligible items" within 30 days of delivery for Exchange or Refund. Any item returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded; however, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. Items must have the original tags and packaging and be in new condition. 

Exchanges or Refunds can be issued for Regular priced (Non-sale) items using one of the following:

  • Exchange for a different item
  • Refund to payment method used
  • In-store credit
  • Or in the form of a store gift certificate

All sales are final on items listed as Clearance/Closeout and items marked as "Sales of 50% or higher". These items cannot be returned.


We only ship within the Continental United States.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours of Monday-Friday.  Please note, that holidays and weekends may impact when we send out our orders. We strive to have our shipments processed within 1-3 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
